As Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer, Krishnan has played a pivotal role in the growth of the Online Examination Services business vertical over the years. Krish started his journey with NSEIT in Feb 2006 and played an instrumental role in the incorporation of NSEIT US Inc during the same year. In the subsequent years, he was responsible for business development and building key Enterprise Software Solution clients pan India. In 2015 he was promoted to SBU Head for DEX’s Online Examination and was accountable for handling Business Development, Operations, delivery & Customer Support.

Krishnan has over 30 +years of credible Business Development experience as a Market Creator and a Client Relationship Professional. His drive to chase revenue numbers for both the top line & the bottom line is unparalleled. An excellent communicator, Krishnan’s extensive experience in implementing strategies and team building and his ability to assess various situational changes to deliver quality & timely client projects are well known in the industry.

Krishnan has been driving business excellence for over 17 years at NSEIT. Prior to NSEIT, he was in charge of a product company, adding channel partners and developing markets in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Australia & US.

Dr. Paresh spearheads core function of technology solutioning, delivery and innovation at NSEIT and is a mastermind behind all technology transformation projects at NSEIT’s business units – digital examination, digital transformation and cyber security.

As part of his role, he leads team of presales consultants, solution architects, delivery experts and manages technology talent across all NSEIT projects through stringent project governance ensuring 100% process excellence. He is also playing a pivotal role in setting up innovation lab to keep up with new advanced technologies and products which can be integrated with client’s future-ready digital transformation journey.

With over 26 years of rich industry experience, Dr. Paresh’s career has seen him effectively lead high business impact teams across areas of Software Business Strategy and Roadmap, Technology Thought Leadership, Solution Architecture, Product Engineering, Digital Transformation, Big Data Analytics, User Experience (UX), Exchange and Brokerage solutions, Cloud-based solution architecture, Technology deployment for large integrated solutions, Technology COE creation, Business Development support for multiple geographies.

In his career span, he has worked with several leading companies including global MNC at leadership role like Multi Commodity Exchange, Indian Energy Exchange and Mphasis (earlier an HP company). Before joining NSEIT, he was leading the technology team of MCX as Chief Information Officer and was involved in defining the technology strategy and roadmap.

Dr. Paresh is an Engineering Graduate, and holds an M.Tech and a PhD in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) application from IIT Kharagpur.

Chintan is the Vice President of the Digital Examination business at NSEIT and oversees P&L and the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Business Unit. He has been instrumental in scaling up the NSEIT digital examination business across India and has successfully driven adoption across government and private business entities.

Over the past two decades, Chintan has been associated with many global financial institutions across consultancy, delivery, quality management, business development, and business process management roles. Before joining NSEIT, he had successful stints with Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance, Pramerica Life Insurance, Max Life Insurance, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and Orbitech Solutions Limited.

Chintan has a Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani (India). He is a Six Sigma certified professional and additionally has ISO and Business Excellence certifications to his name. In his spare time, and as part of his regular learning curve, he follows news from the world of technology start-ups, e-learning doyens, and world leaders. Chintan is passionate about interacting with young minds and involves himself in various teaching and mentorship causes.
