Our client one of the leading banks if India, was facing challenges with respect to the unavailability of data for the overdue accounts. As the process of updating the information was traditional and manual in nature there was a huge TAT involved, resulting in interest being levied on customers which therefore lead to poor customer experience. So our client wanted an effective workflow automation solution that could streamline the collection process for better efficiency and on time tracking w.r.t. collection process. They also wanted to segment overdue accounts on the basis of logical reason provided at the time of contacting the account holders which could expedite the overall process and shorten the TAT.
