Revisiting POSH Annual Audit Requirements by entities !! It's been a while since my last POSH Training assignment at a well-known SME, was once again contacted for POSH, this time the requirement is for an ICC External member who needs to conduct 4 meetings with ICC members, 2 Training for more than 400 employees and imparting training to ICC members. In fact, it was the same time last year this company was looking for POSH Training for about 250 employees including key management personnel. Today there are about 400 satisfied employees all India with record no-layoffs. Hello everyone, it’s the time of the year to file annual POSH returns. As someone who has been involved since the introduction of the #poshact , Dec 2013) , I could observe that state governments are slowly tightening their controls. From defined annual return forms to portals, the change is visible. And there is a clear ask to report "what was done during the year for POSH". As a POSH #sme, my recommendation would be to carry out training initiatives before you file the annual returns, for #managers and your #ic (#internalcommittee) in the coming 2 weeks. Why am i saying managers and IC? 2 reasons for this: 1. Impact is more, managers are the face of the organization, they carry forward your culture, and the IC is not only the redressal mechanism the IC is also the face of a zero harassment workplace for your employees 2. Logistically it’s easier for you to organize the training in such a short time as it’s a smaller set of employees.
