Roles and Responsibilities

  • Driving the strategic initiatives of the company as per the MD/ CEO’s agenda

  • Data analysis of metrics related to projects  and deriving key insights

  • Studying & improvising the Operation processes of the company

  • Doing relevant market research in company’s business area  in terms of finding potential customers, partners and competitors and carving out the GTM strategy

  • Review business financial performance and track performance against defined goals

  • Prepare summaries of monthly performance

  • Analysis of business KPIs and variance analysis

Desired skills and experience

  • Minimum 2-6 years of experience

  • MBA from reputed institute

  • Understanding of the relationship between P&L, Balance sheet and cash flow statement

  • Advanced excel skills (Pivots, lookups and conditional formatting)

  • Excellent with presenting ideas on powerpoint with good designing

  • Good analytical skills for problem solving

  • Experience of having worked with senior executives in previous roles
