Roles and Responsibilities

  • Primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, articulate it for presales & practice team to design innovative solutions within practice areas

  • Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability

  • Engage with strategic accounts on regular basis for proactive proposal engagements

  • Provide functional design inputs to Presales during proposal making on client requirement including RFPs

  • Will design the banking used cases for Presales consultant to work with practice COEs for creating POCs

  • Should be able to do used case/POC demonstration in front of business users as well as during RFP evaluation stages

  • Work closely with marketing team to provide inputs on compelling story boarding for banking used cases in different mediums like website/social media/webinars

  • Expected to communicate closely with senior management on new initiatives/solution concept as part of capability building

  • Mentor and develop COE team members to work efficiently on POC creation for the listed used cases

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal control, processes, risk management methodologies, current corporate governance and regulatory developments/requirements, both locally and internationally in banking industry

  • Actively lead research projects and contribute to organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers and creating additional opportunity for revenue generation

Desired skills and experience

  • Minimum work experience: 10-12 years in consulting for Insurance domain

  • Deep understanding & knowledge of Insurance products, processes & internal controls along with digitization needs

  • Able to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and key integration points, and identify challenges and/or solutions

  • Go getter, self-driven & ability to think creatively a must to build proactive solution pitch to Insurance clients

  • Strong sense of client services, good communication skills and a sense of team-work

  • An Expert in used case story boarding

  • Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends

  • Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in computer engineering

  • Client Interfacing skills

  • Project and Team management

  • Knowledge of other BFSI industries will be an added advantage
