Copy to Custodian
The system creates and sends an uploaded copy to the custodian.

The system sends an uploaded file copy to custodian

On selecting the ‘Copy to Custodian’ option, the system identifies the Custodian code automatically from the database

The system auto-generates the custodian copy.
Audit Log
The audit log is generated for viewing the detailed user activity.

The system automatically generates day wise audit log at selected path in encrypted format

Audit log contains all user activities for the day like login time, logout time, downloaded file name, uploaded file name with date time stamp

User can also view decrypted audit log
Auto Upload
The solution allows automatic uploading of files for quick transactions.

The client can choose the ‘upload type’ i.e. either auto upload or one click upload.

For auto upload option the system will automatically identify files from the selected folder and will push them for further processing.
Logs / Report
The system generates reports and logs of the trading activities.
