Dr Muralidaran has over 30+ years of experience as an Information Technology professional in the Financial Services sector.
Dr Muralidaran has over 30+ years of experience as an Information Technology professional in the Financial Services sector. He has had a rich experience in building organizations. He joined the NSE Group of companies in May 2004.
In his last assignment as the Chief of Special Projects – NSEIL, he was responsible for the International Business Development and Exchange collaborations, strategic and futuristic technology and new initiatives of the exchange. Prior to this, as CEO of NSE Infotech Services Ltd., the captive IT services unit of NSE, he was responsible for the IT strategy, planning, software development, IT services of the exchange IT eco-system and vendor management of the exchange
Before joining the NSE group, he was the CEO / CTO with the IL&FS group since 1990. In this role he was responsible for strategy planning, design and implementation of IT solutions across different group companies. Their 500+ people off-shore development centre supporting Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand was set up by him. During this tenure, he was part of the initial core team involved in setting up the National Stock Exchange from conceptualization stage till the initial implementation. He continued to be a part of the exchange in an advisory capacity in different committees
He has also worked with Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) in the Reactor Analysis and Simulation Systems group, and NELCO Ltd.
He holds a Ph.D. from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra for his work in "Architecture Model For Scaling Mission Critical Real Time Applications For High Performance" - under the management stream. He also holds a diploma in Computer Management and an MBA in Finance.
Muralidaran has always been result oriented and a team builder. His positive outlook has helped him in visualising success in every opportunity that has come his way.
Satish is responsible for driving Strategy & New Initiatives for NSEIT. Satish holds an Engineering Degree from Mumbai University and a PGPM from Indian School of Business – Hyderabad, has spent over 18 years in the Energy and Financial Industries.

His work experience spans Business Development, Investment Management, Big Data Solutions, Analytics, Machine Learning, Cognitive Services and Artificial Intelligence. He comes with a solid background in Capital Market, M&A and Organization Growth Strategy.
Prior to joining NSEIT, he was a Co-founder & Director of two start-ups, Algo Engines & General Carbon in Mumbai. He has also worked for Sungard India in the capacity of Director for their Corporate Business Development portfolio and also for a Private Equity Fund Manager company in India for their USD 500 million investments portfolio.
Krishnan has played a pivotal role in the growth of Online Examination Services business vertical over the years. Krishnan heads the online examination BU and responsible for OES growth strategy, business development, operations and delivery.

Mr. Anand Pachchhapur manages the entire spectrum of Infrastructure Management Services & Intergrated Security Response Centre, which is one of the most important and crucial service offered by NSEIT.
He has over two decades of experience in IT and IT-related services. In his long association with NSEIT, he has held various responsibilities such as Customer Service, Product Support, Product Development & Quality, Managed Services, IT Setup, E-learning, Content Development, Stratus FT Implementation, ISMS for broker segment, 'thinktank' initiative etc.
Prior to NSEIT, he has worked with Dynalog India and Melstar Information Technologies.
He has expertise in both software and hardware domains. He has proven proficiency in PC-based instrumentation, digital signal processing and microcontroller/ microprocessor-based applications, amongst others.
He has experience in various areas such as product research and development, manufacturing, Application Engineering, Customer Service and facilities Management.
Sharmila leads the HR function across NSEIT and is responsible for all the facets of HR including Talent Acquisition, HR Service Delivery, Learning and Development, Compliance and Organization Development.

Sharmila comes with over 20 years of experience spanning across IT, BPO and Manufacturing industries. She is an HR specialist with global exposure and has played pivotal roles such as Global HR Head, Lead HR Business Partner, Learning & Development Head, HR Operations Head etc. Sharmila has had a track record of consistently achieving targets, building and leading dynamic teams with successful outcomes.
Some of the organizations that Sharmila has been associated with in the past include Accenture Services Private Ltd., Datamatics Global Services Ltd., Infrasoft Technologies Ltd., Tata Honeywell, Indus Software and Silverline Industries Ltd. Sharmila is also a visiting Professor at Welingkar Institute of Management and IBS, Mumbai.
Sharmila completed her MBA in Marketing from IGNOU and her PG Diploma in Personnel Management from Symbiosis, Pune after doing her BE in Electrical and Electronics from Madras University.
